Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of experiences. The rooms were clean and quiet, but they could definitely use some upgrades like newer wallpaper and trim. The service was a bit hit or miss; some staff were helpful, while others were rude and unfriendly. The location, however, was incredible, especially being near the Zocalo and the Angel of the Independence landmark. The dining options were good, albeit a bit expensive. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit small and faced a side street, but they were spacious and quiet overall. The service was attentive and professional, though there were some lapses like not replenishing condiments for coffee. The location was excellent for exploring Mexico City, especially with easy access to transportation services like UBER. The dining options were decent but could have been better. Overall, it was a stay with some highs and lows.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Reforma, in front of the Angel of the Independence, making it perfect for exploring Mexico City. The service was top-notch, with a very helpful and attentive staff. The dining was very nice, although with additional charges. The rooms were comfortable, but the linens were slightly worn. Overall, a great choice for a Mexico City adventure.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, just across the famous Mexican Angel of Independence landmark and ZONA ROSA at Paseo Reforma. The rooms looked a bit old and could use some renovation, but the service was exceptional, especially thanks to Mr Ivan Navarrete at the front desk. The dining options were good but not excellent. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a superb location.
The hotel was truly impressive with its amazing rooms boasting stunning views of Ángel de la Independencia on Reforma. However, the service upon room change was a bit lacking. The location was fantastic, offering great dining options and easy access to local bars, but the dining, although tasty, was considered expensive. The facilities were top-notch, making for a luxurious stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while comfortable and spacious, seemed a bit outdated with a small cracked sink. On the bright side, the service was top-notch with attentive staff who even went out of their way to keep our drinks chilled. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, although some cleanliness issues in the bathroom were noticeable. When it comes to dining, the variety of food offered was impressive, making up for some shortcomings in other areas.
